Help Hannatu With Spinal Surgery

Hannatu is a 13 year old girl who lives in a village with her grandmother. She fell off from a tree while trying to help her grandmother and suffered a spinal injury. Hannatu is currently bed ridden and can not move most part of her body. Hannatu requires many surgery and therapy before she could get to start using wheel chair. She needs help with surgery and aftercare for her to live somewhat comfortably.
